  1. Quality Issue: The delivered photos are of objectively poor quality, failing to meet reasonable professional or entertainment standards.
  2. Request Window: You submit a refund request within 14 days of the delivery date.
  3. Revision Attempt: You agree to allow us one revision cycle. If, after the revision, you remain unsatisfied, a refund will be issued.
