Welcome to Your AI Photoshoot (“Service”), operated by Eloquent Labs Group LLC, 3500 South DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901, United States (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our service at https://yourai.pics (“Site”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.
• Our Service is available globally, but subject to compliance with local laws and regulations.

2. User Content & Rights

• You retain full ownership of any photos or content you upload.
• You must only upload photos of yourself or others with explicit legal rights or consent to use their likeness.
• We store models and generated photos for up to 24 months, but we only guarantee availability for 6 months from the delivery date.
• You may request deletion of your data by contacting [email protected] using the same email used for registration. We will make a best-effort attempt to delete data within 3 months.

3. Ownership of AI-Generated Content

• You own 100% of the AI-generated content delivered to you.
• We will never use your content for marketing or training without your explicit, written, opt-in consent.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery if the photos are of objectively poor quality.
• We will first attempt to revise the results. If you are still unsatisfied, we will issue a no-questions-asked refund.
• In case of a refund, you forfeit all rights to the AI-generated content. Any use after refund is prohibited and may result in a DMCA takedown or legal action.

5. Service Availability & Timelines

• Our goal is to deliver results within 48–72 hours, but no guarantees are made.
• The Service is best effort, and we disclaim any liability for delays or downtime.

6. Accounts & Access

• No formal registration is required to submit an order. Authentication is handled via magic link login through your email.
• You may request data deletion via [email protected], using the email associated with your submission.

7. Acceptable Use & Content Moderation

• You may not upload content that is:

  • Discriminatory, hateful, or abusive
  • Sexually explicit or contains nudity
  • Illegal or promotes unlawful activity
  • Infringes on the rights of others

• All uploads are subject to review. We reserve the right to terminate and refund any transaction that violates these guidelines, with no further engagement allowed.

• All outputs are provided for entertainment purposes only, although we aim for high-quality results.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
• Users are solely responsible for how they use or distribute AI-generated content.

9. Changes to the Terms

• We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time.
• Material changes will be notified on our Site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
